What we make

If it can be moulded, we can make it in carbon.

We build parts for people who want the real thing: full carbon fiber, not a printed pattern or a wrap, or fiberglass where weight matters less than cost. Here is where most of our requests come from.

Automotive and motorsport

Aero parts, splitters, mirror caps, interior trim, engine covers and replacement panels, made to your car or to your drawing.

Where we started: horse racing gear for jockeys, plus helmet shells, whip handles, stirrups, rackets and lightweight pieces for riders and other athletes.

Our story

It started at the racetrack.

RS Carbon began in horse racing, where every gram matters and a piece of equipment has to survive real punishment. Building carbon fiber gear for jockeys taught us to make parts that are light, strong and beautifully finished, and to listen carefully to what a rider actually needs.

Word spread, and the requests got more varied: automotive parts, drone frames, padel and tennis rackets, football gear, wallets. Each one was a new mould, a new layup and a new problem to solve. That is still what we enjoy most, so if you have an idea nobody has made in carbon yet, we would like to hear it.

Material and process

Autoclave cured composites. No shortcuts.

We lay up every part by hand. For carbon parts we use aeronautic grade Japanese carbon fiber prepreg; for other jobs we work in fiberglass, Kevlar or hybrid layups when that suits the part better. It is then vacuum bagged and cured in an autoclave, where heat and pressure polymerise the resin into a dense, void-free laminate.

That is the same method used for aerospace and top-level motorsport components. It is what gives a part its strength, its weight and that deep, flawless weave you can see in the finish.

We confirm the layup, finish and fit, then send you a fixed price and a lead time before anything is made.

We build and ship

Mould, layup, autoclave cure, trim and finish. You get progress photos along the way and worldwide shipping at the end.
